Grade A Construction, LLC. is a Tennessee WOSB and DBE entity headquartered out of Mount Juliet, TN.  Our people are the heart of the organization.  Rachelle L. Reigard, President has assembled an experienced team of individuals that are representative of the class organization she demands.


Rachelle L. Reigard


As the President of Grade A Construction Rachelle is licensed by the State of TN as the General Contractor in a broad spectrum of areas including commercial, industrial, residential, master mechanical, plumbing, heavy construction, highway, railroad, airport, municipal utility, landfill construction, hazardous waste removal, soil remediation, asbestos, underground storage tanks & mold remediation.  Rachelle brings over 15 years experience in entrepreneurial leadership and manages all market segments of the organization.  She leads Grade A's corporate development indicatives while supporting her senior management team to drive organizational growth and profitability. Rachelle also holds both a degree in Mathematics and a Masters of Administration.

Kathy McNeal


Kathy McNeal is the Controller for Grade A Construction. As the leader of Grade A’s finance organization; Kathy is responsible for building upon the finance teams’ strengths and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service. In addition, Kathy is responsible for maintaining the company’s strong balance sheet and providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities and creating value for the organization.

Jessica Green 

Director of Operational Support

Jessica leads the Grade A Construction Operational Support staff under the leadership of the President.  Her Operational support staff provides a vital pathway of communication for clients, vendors, and our Grade A Construction field team members.  Jessica's 12+ years of industry experience allows the entire Grade A team to function daily while keeping roadblocks to a minimum.  Her firm grasp of workflow and procedures drive Grade A to greater heights day in, day out.

Lance Lannom

Vice President of Operations

Over 20 years of industry management experience Lance assures our projects are complete, on time and under budget.  Well connected within our vast middle Tennessee coverage area he firmly understands the requirements of every job prior to each bid submittal.  Understanding both what is aboveground and more importantly what's underground, he is able to coordinate complex earthmoving systems to assure peak efficiency is achieved on each project we place under contract.

John M. Hayman

Vice President, Estimating & Technology

John's years of experience in estimating and project management allows Grade A Construction to provide our client base the level of comfort needed during the bid review process.  Leveraging his real work experience and endless industry connections we are able to construct the most competitive bid offerings when requested by our clients.  Unlike many of our competitors, John understands the delicate balance that must be achieved between product quality, speed of service and value based pricing methodologies.

Kris Neely

Vice President of Construction

Kris brings over 20 years of construction management experience to Grade A Construction.  He is a licensed General Contractor licensed by the State of Tennessee and has built construction projects within Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.  Kris handles both site work and construction management projects for the organization.  Customer service, attention to detail and communication skills are just a few items for which Kris understands to drive our success in the field.

Project Manager

With over 25 years of experience in building strong client relationships with owners & agency representatives, Kenny is able to keep each project on task to meet Grade A Construction's rigorous standards.  Constant communication drives Kenny's project management style to assure our client's needs are met on time, every time.  By analyzing alternative solutions and construction practices Kenny is able to increase productivity while decreasing clients job schedules.
