Firestone Complete Auto Care
Brentwood, TN

Their experienced crews provided us with excellent craftsmanship and worked with each inspector providing us with quick signoffs from each agency.  The project entailed mass excavation for a 14 foot deep basement, de-watering, mass rock removal, directional bore, storm line installation, 15 ft deep WQU installation, water/oil separator installation, live sewer tie in via bypass pumping, domestic line installation, live main & fire line taps, pressure testing, topsoil placement and hot water pressure washing of parking area prior to our client handoff.

O'Reillys Auto Parts had a very aggressive building timeline.  Grade A was able to assist our organization by keeping the project moving given the footprint of the job.  They were able to quickly mobilize and get the pad certified to begin our vertical build with additional trades.  Their vast knowledge of technology gave us a definite edge during each phase of the construction process.  Safety is key for their organization and each team member understands their specific roles and responsibilities required.

Rachelle Reigard, President, and her management team provided a stable environment on our project site during construction.  Their clearing, grading, utilities, hardscaping & finishing crews all understand their portions of the job contributing to a efficient flow of activity on the project.  State of the art equipment is used to quickly move through each phase.  GPS guided iron gives us the confidence in advance knowing Grade A will keep the required pace.

The experienced project team at Grade A provided our organization with a level of comfort not often seen in our industry.  Lance Lannom, VP of Operations, kept a tight grip on the project from beginning to end.  With over 6,000 CY of import, blasting, utilities, storm & finish grading to complete, their team outperformed our expectations.

Hendersonville, TN

This project required sharpening the pencil to provide a value proposition for our owner.  The mature site selection was expecially challenging due to the heavy amout of clearing required within the surrounding business park.  Limited space and aggressive scheduling was extremely important for the project.
